Catch this Fast Company article that came out in the October issue called "How to Launch a Career With Your Blog". Great job-search tips about using the blogging medium. I will throw in one caveat: blogging is not for everyone. It helps if you like to write or edit (you could be the editor of a team blog), have a way of expressing yourself with authencity and passion, and can thread more than 2 thoughts together logically. Of course, grammer and spelling count too...my grade school teacher Mrs. Kudla would admonish me that those criteria should be first! Remember, your blog post can be seen by potential employers, recruiters, customers, whatever. So aim for impact AND error-free writing. Then, blog on for job-search success!
